COVID-19 Change in Services All hospital services are conducted via "curbside" and/or Telemedicine; i.e. pet will be received by a nurse in the parking lot. Pet Parent will wait in their vehicle for doctor to examine and establish a treatment plan. Doctor will call/message Pet Parent with recommended treatment(s) and approval. Billing will send an invoice to your email/phone for checkout. Nurse(s) will then bring pet back to your vehicle for discharge. Contact with nursing staff and Pet Parent will be as minimal as possible without compromising the safety of the nurse, pet, or pet parent. *All cat's must come in a secure travel carrier.
